Reign Yoga
The practice of yoga goes beyond flexibility, physical postures and technical poses - it's a journey towards discovering a profound purpose, inner peace and personal growth.
A space designed for self-discovery and exploration
Reign Yoga represents an all-inclusive and welcoming space which invites students to step into the flow of grace and discover their full physical, spiritual and healing potential.
Tina Louise, principal instructor of Reign Yoga, was first introduced to yoga at the age of thirty, as part of her mobility training during hard exercise. Initially, drawn to the physical aspects of yoga, Tina used the asana practice to help condition the body for the rigour of running marathons, strength training and mountain biking. It wasn't until some years later, when faced with injury, mobility issues and menopause that Tina began to discover the authentic spirit of yoga.
At Reign, it is our conviction that yoga embodies a profound inner wisdom about the true nature of the Self and the world. This insight unfolds through the practice of mindfulness, self-awareness and compassion, offering a comprehensive approach to living that addresses the physical, mental and spiritual aspects of being.

Mission
Guide students in uncovering a profound purpose in their yoga practice; to cultivate inner peace and personal growth through a meaningful connection with their authentic self.
Classes

Hatha Vinyasa
A dynamic style of yoga focusing on foundational poses and alignment with fluidity and breath-centric movements.
It emphasizes a well-rounded experience that connects the breath to a series of poses, promoting balance in both physical and mental aspects.

Yin Yoga
A slower paced, deeply restorative style of yoga that involves seated or reclined poses for an extended period of time. The focus is on targeting deep connective tissues rather than engaging muscles; encourages relaxation and flexibility allowing tension release and a meditative mindset.

Yin Yang
A hybrid style of yoga combining contrasting elements of long-held, passive poses targeting deep tissue and dynamic movements and active poses that build and strengthen the body. These distinct transitions contribute to a comprehensive experience nurturing both Yin and Yang energies.

Vision
At Reign, we strongly believe in the effectiveness of personalized instruction to enhance students' practice, which is why classes are kept small. This enables tailored attention, ensuring each student progresses at their own pace and achieves their distinct goals. This approach fosters a more intimate, supportive environment, promoting a sense of community and connection among students.
